Our goal at TheHoliShift.com is to ensure you are receiving high quality, effective products in an aim to completely satisfy your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 5 days after the product was received with a receipt. Opened or used products are not within our return guidelines and will not be accepted. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations. We also cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

  • Food & Grocery Items
  • Beauty, Body, and Skincare products
  • Clearance Items
  • Sale Items 
  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page


*Please note that the majority of our products are not manufactured by The Holi Shift, except for Seamoss Gel. If you have a performance and/or warranty issues with a product in our shop, or a general complaint about a specific product, please contact the manufacturer at the number provided on the packaging of the product.
